OUR STORY
It all began with a message: 24/7 Worship.
In 2010, we were driven by a passion: to see a healthy church that isn’t a victim of change, but leads it. We started with talks and conferences on “24/7 Worship,” a culture that honors God in every area of life. Little by little, larger seminars and gatherings followed.
Over the years, God showed us more of His vision for the church. What began as a message became a movement to unite and equip those who lead it: pastors and influential leaders in business, media, and the arts. Miami was our first home base; today, we serve from Dallas with a global reach.

We have a deep desire to see a healthy and glorious church that doesn’t stagnate or fall victim to change, but leads it. That’s why we want church leaders to come together, grow, and move forward; to see better projects and ways of communicating the gospel emerge, and Christians lead in every area of influence in society.
Over the years, we’ve seen what happens when leaders get to know one another, care for one another, and grow together. We want no pastor or leader to walk alone, and we want each one equipped to advance the Kingdom of God wherever God has placed them.

WHY WE EXIST
We dream of a healthy, thriving church that isn’t a victim of change, but leads it—impacting society and sharing the message of Jesus in a relevant way in every sphere of influence.
The world is living through a time of chaos, polarization and loneliness—even among those who lead. Many pastors feel alone and exhausted; many business leaders and creatives don’t know how to serve God through their sphere of influence. We believe this is the time for a prepared and united church that shines its light and offers solutions.

Our conferences in Cuba brought together more than 8,000 and 12,000 people; Colombia and other countries followed. We also serve in Haiti and in smaller Latin American cities, where resources and platforms are scarce. For more than 15 years, the vast majority of what we’ve done has been free, thanks to our own funds and the support of hundreds of leaders, churches, organizations, and businesses.

IMPACT STORY
Cuba: something never seen before.
Since 2013, we’ve brought the Adoración 24/7 conferences to Cuba. Two of them brought together more than 8,000 and more than 12,000 people, along with hundreds of pastors, to promote unity, worship, and training. They also brought tens of thousands of Bibles—something never before seen in that context.

OUR FAITH
United in the essentials.
We serve churches and leaders from many traditions. We are united by the essentials of the Christian faith, as expressed in the Lausanne Covenant (1974), and respect diversity on secondary doctrinal issues.
